Write to [email protected]. Include the airframe name or the page URL in the subject line; a message that names the page gets answered faster than one that does not.
What gets an answer
Corrections to a spec or a tune value. A build problem where a recorded profile did not work on your hardware. A question about why a value in a tune sheet is what it is. A request to remove something that is yours.
What does not
Requests to link to a shop, to publish a sponsored build, to place an advert directly, or to review a product in exchange for the product. Those are declined without a reply, not because the answer might change but because it will not.
Response time
Usually within a few days. A message about a factual error on a page is read first, so if you are writing about something else and it looks like it was ignored, it probably was not — it is just behind the corrections queue.
